Profil společnosti:
Japanese Manufacturing/Engineering company which is procuring raw materials, parts, mechanical, electrical components, systems, engineering, field engineering service, etc. for power plants, petro chemical plants, ship building, industrial machineries, oil and gas plants, air conditioning, aerospace systems (including engines), and transportation systems etc.

Náplň práce:
• To maintain and improve relationship with current suppliers and find new suppliers in Europe
• To provide the employer with valuable information about suppliers, laws and regulations, markets, etc.
• Sourcing activities
• To prepare RFQ, PO commitment and transmittals
• To report daily result of activities
• To expedite and improve time of delivery of Goods and documents
• To support and to assist the communication and correspondence between European suppliers and factories in Japan
• To make expediting visit to suppliers to improve suppliers performance
• To inform shipping instructions and follow their coordination of shipment with freight forwarder
• To assist in solving eventual troubles

Požadujeme:
• Consulate experience as a buyer, preferably in EPC, Plant or similar Heavy Industry.
• Project management or engineering experience
• Specific Knowledge: International Trade
• General knowledge of laws/regulation related to business
• Communication skill in cross-cultural environment
• Language skills: total fluency in English; other Central and Eastern European languages, fluency in German and Russian is an additional asset
• PC literate (Windows, Word and Excel)
• Strong problem solving skills
• Specific experience : Expediting work for procuring items
