Junior Project Manager

AMESBURY, s.r.o., an international property developer and investor active in commercial sphere (warehouse, office, residential buildings and alternative energy project) with its headquarters in Prague – Zlicin is seeking to recruit a Junior Project Manager for Prague and Pilsen projects.

Core responsibilities:
- Cost calculation.
- Cost controlling.
- Construction budgeting.
- Ensure projects are cost effective and meet agreed budgets, deadlines and quality standards.
- Management of permitting and approval process and coordination between municipalities, relevant authorities and land owners in order to obtain all permits required for the project.
- Negotiate necessary infrastructure and services agreements for project and other agenda related to such contracts (CEZ, RWE, Veolia).
- Communication with clients and managing client’s changes are in accordance with relevant codes and law and with budget and company concerns.
- Preparing contracts and agreements for all aspects of the planning and realization of company’s real estate development and construction projects.
- Prepare relevant accounting and financial reports for company.
- Obtain approvals necessary for occupancy of project or supervise sub-contractors responsible for this.
- Manage and archive project documentation and contracts for completed project.
Other responsibilities:
- Communication with architects and controlling design is cost effective.
- Co-operation of preparation of new projects.

Requirements:
- University degree preferably in technical field.
- Native speaker of Czech.
- Communicative English.
- Advanced PC skills (MS Office, Autocad).
- Driving license B and willingness to travel.
- Good communication skills and friendly personality.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Detail oriented.
- Proactive thinking and work style.
