Project Assistant for a project in Maldives

Profil společnosti:
Hospitality oriented IT company seeks for a Project Assistant to work closely with Project Director. Extremely strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to break through any problem are key traits for this role. This is a great opportunity for a passionate person to bring value to a challenging project in attractive destination, run by a fast growing company.

Náplň práce:
Responsible for project coordination and support, maintains accurate records of all purchases and sales, meetings, presentations and follow-up activities, coordinates sub-contractors, works out budget data, inventory and reporting, proactively manages executive calendars for the facilitation of meetings and tasks, handles filing, document organization and procurement of documents and other items, coordinates travel arrangements, prepares travel documents and analyses itineraries to minimize travel time and expenses, anticipates day to day needs of executives, proactively handles issues and helps set priorities, handles special projects as needed.

Požadujeme:
Excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking skills and attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English (proficiency level) and Czech, strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel, experience in office administration, ability to work independently and make decisions, ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism, ability to conduct research, via phone and internet, strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence. Departure to Maldives on 27 July 2012.

Nabízíme:
Duration 5-9 months, with the possibility of permanent contract.

Místo práce: in Maldives

Termín nástupu: 1 August 2012
